alfalfa AVOCADO toast

1 - Slice Whole Grain Bread Toasted.

1/4 - Ripe Avocado (sliced).

A dash of kosher salt, and A dash of black pepper.

1/4 Cup - Jack & The Green Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts.

2 Teaspoons - Sunflower Seeds.

1/2 Teaspoon - Fresh lemon or lime juice.

2 - Nori Sheets

2  teaspoons - mellow white miso

1/2 - ripe avocado (thinly sliced)

1/4 - Cucumber (seeded & cut into thin strips)

2 cups - Jack & The Green Sprouts - Alfalfa Sprouts

1/4 cup - carrots (grated).

1/4 piece - Red Bell Pepper (thin strips).

1/4 cup - Jack & The Green Sprouts  - Sunflower Microgreens.

Bean Sprout tomato & Baby Corn Salad

Dressing: 

1/2 teaspoon - Cumin seeds 

5 tablespoons - Olive Oil

2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice

1 clove - Garlic (crushed)

Salad:

8 cups - Baby Spinach

8 oz - Jack & The Green Sprouts - Bean Mix 

1 cup - Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

1 cup - Baby Corn peices.

2 tablespoons - Red Onion (thinly sliced)

1 handful - Italian Parsley (chopped)
